Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your new shoes!
So, please wear your new shoes around the house a bit to make sure they will work for you. Make sure to wear them only indoors, on clean (preferably carpeted) surfaces until you're sure you want to keep them.
If you decide that the shoes you bought are not right for you, items that are in new, resalable condition may be returned in accordance with the following policies.
**Due to COVID-19, we are only able to accept returns shipped via USPS at this time. Please contact us if you're unable to use USPS and we'll figure out an alternative. We cannot be responsible for packages shipped via UPS and FedEx that are returned as undeliverable. **
Full priced and sale Items purchased online from comfortableshoes.com may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Any shipping fees paid are non-refundable. Any item marked as 'final sale', is indeed non-returnable.
Exchanges or returns for store credit may be allowed after 30 days on a case by case basis. Please call or email us for assistance.
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges except in the rare case we make an error in fulfilling your order.

We recommend returns and exchanges be sent via a trackable shipping method. USPS only, please.
Online purchase can also be exchanged or returned in person at any of our three Colorado locations. Due to COVID-19, in person returns must be arranged in advance. Please contact us if you'd like to drop off your return.
Full priced items may be returned within 10 days for a full refund or within 30 days for an exchange or store credit.
Sale items may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 30 days.
Clearance items including items from our Last Pair Sale Rack are final sale.
A note about defective items:
It's rare, but it happens. Please get in touch with us If you think that an item you've purchased from us may be defective. We will repair or replace defective items within 90 days of purchase, at our option. In the event we are unable to repair or replace, a store credit will be issued. Most items have an additional 9 months limited warranty backed by the manufacturer which may require sending the product back to the company for inspection. Wear and tear from normal or heavy use is not considered a defect.
